  • The Basketball Camp runs from:
    January 11th, 2026 - July 5th, 2026 (excluding holidays)
    Sundays, from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
  • Location:
    Riverside Minor Baseball Association
    6865 Ontario St, Windsor, ON N8S 1W7
  • Fee Structure: $120.00 a month
    • Payment is payable via e-transfer to: registration@hoopmetric.ca
    • Please include your child's full name in the message section of the e-transfer.

    Parental Consent & Acknowledgement

    I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the above-named child, hereby consent to their participation in the Basketball Camp run by Hoop Metric Academy. I acknowledge that:

    • My child is physically fit and able to participate in camp activities.
    • I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions.
    • I understand that participation in sports carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

    Waiver of Liability

    • In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in the Basketball Camp, I hereby release and forever discharge Hoop Metric Academy, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from injury, illness, or other damages sustained by my child during or related to camp activities, except where such liability arises from gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under Ontario law.
    • Understand that this waiver is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and if any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
